  • Scope, implement, and optimize banking system tools and capabilities.

  • Partner with Accounting team members to implement automation tools and improve system interfaces with banking institutions.

  • Optimize the use of Positive Pay across banking institutions.

  • Analyze banking processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, controls, and accuracy.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting teams and leadership on banking-related initiatives.

  • Assist with special projects and other initiatives as needed.

  • Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • The ability to work collaboratively with Accounting teams, leadership, and outside banking partners.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn and navigate company-specific financial systems.
