This role involves welcoming patients, managing phone communications, verifying insurance, and supporting office organization. This position reports to both the Office Manager and Lead Dentist and offers regular daytime hours with no travel requirements. Great earning potential is available for motivated individuals.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls promptly and professionally
• Greet and escort patients in and out of the office
• Verify and explain insurance details to patients
• Schedule and manage patient appointments
• Ensure patient comfort and address concerns
• Provide clear and effective communication with patients and staff
• Support administrative tasks to maintain office efficiency
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the office environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Over 1 year of experience in dental assistance
• Dental Assistant certification
• CPR and X-ray certifications
• Proficiency in dental insurance processing
• Strong appointment scheduling skills
• Excellent patient and verbal communication skills
