Job Description

• Coordinate multiple projects and manage dependencies
• Support Program and Project Managers with day-to-day project activities such as project scheduling, time tracking and resources allocation
• Generate reports to support various tools (ServiceNow, Tableau)
• Define metrics, create dashboards, and track SLAs/ OLAs
• Track escalations and provide status updates to management team
• Analyze all data, project deliverables, and ensure adherence to all timeframe requirements
• Knowledge and experience working in Agile project methodology
• Provide support to various teams and ensure compliance to all policies and procedures
• Provide support and monitor the governance process
• Liaise with project team members to gather, analyze, and monitor project data
• Manage and support the delivery teams on all aspects of delivery and ensure CSAT

• Schedule, facilitate, and document project meetings and follow up on action items
• Review & update project documents to be used for each phase of the project lifecycle
• Monitor and track issues/ risks, progress for all assigned projects
• Communicate program/ project performance to program sponsors and executive team
• Create and provide various process templates based on project requirements
• Document processes and create process flow diagrams

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
• A certificate in Agile/ Project management (PMP or ACP or PRINCE2 or Scrum Master)
• Experience working in the Healthcare sector, would be an asset
• Minimum of 4 years' experience as a Project Analyst, Project Coordinator, or similar role
• Good communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
• Project management and analytical skills to manage tasks and provide ongoing follow up and communication to all stakeholders
• Planning, organizational, scheduling, and prioritization skills to handle multiple concurrent activities, respond to changing business demands and meet fluctuating tight deadlines
• Intermediate level working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of Project Management strategies, processes, and tools
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
• Flexible and able to multitask on several aspects of a project or on multiple projects
• Self-starter
